 First is a posting by Lowe on CYCLEJUMPERS.COM IN WHICH HE HAS SLANDERED and LIED, AND CONTINUALLY CHANGED THINGS AROUND TO FIT HIS PUZZEL... SECOND: You will read the Email Agreement which clearly states the objectives of the agreement and the deposit of $10,000 which was clearly made as you can see further down this page, LONG before JEFF'S "ADJUSTED" CONTRACT. We (NLF) and Myself, David PUCCIARELLI, WILL NOT CONTINUE TO BE SUBJECTED TO SLANDER BY A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN BROUGHT UP ON FELONY CHARGES and plea bargend OUT OF ONE.  THIRD: The actual document payments to LOWE'S BIG SKY PROMOTIONS, Totaling $32,000.

  Now, go look at the bank records that Dave Puchiarelli provided you and see if the payments he made even came close to the terms of the contract! we bent over backwards for this guy and gave him every opportunity to live up to his agreement and they failed. 

• He admits that he paid $32,000 right?? guess what, the contract called for $40,000 to have been paid by June 14Th. So September 1st when I called and requested the remainder of the deposit, did we get it? NO WE DIDN'T. WHY? 
• If anyone wants to dispute this, bring it on. You want to find out who got the money? you want to hear Robbie Knievel himself tell you where the money went? email me your contact number and I'll have Robbie Knievel call you before the end of the day. if you can't tell Robbie's voice when you hear it, you shouldn't be on this board.

Here's the contract. I just spoke to Robbie and he set the payment schedule of 10g deposit now, then a 30g payment in July of 2009 and the balance due on the day of the event.

If you need any of the names changed to reflect the proper contract holders, please let me know.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call. if you'd be so kind to let me know when the deposit has been sent, I can lock your event into Rob's calendar.
